Situating tool -- Phet Interactive Simulation

PhET simulations are interactive, research-based digital tools developed by the University of Colorado Boulder to teach science and math concepts. They allow students to explore real-world phenomena through virtual experiments, promoting hands-on learning, visualization, and conceptual understanding in an engaging and accessible way.

In classrooms, PhET simulations may be utilized as an interactive demonstration, guided-inquiry, and group-work. They assist students in conceptualizing ideas, manipulating variables and active learning. They may be used as a supplement to labs or as homework by teachers, or to check understanding of concepts and ideas by exploring and asking conceptual questions.
